You will support the team to work in alignment with our values and act as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager. You are a role model for the team, cool, calm, and collected under pressure. Never afraid to step in, you make it your priority to be a fountain of knowledge on product and standards. Responsible to your core, you can be relied upon to assist with administrative and operational duties and general store security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing the store, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
  • Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
  • Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
