We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Assistant to join our Retention and Performance Marketing team at Sweaty Betty. As a CRM Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team to deliver strategic CRM plans across our global markets. Leveraging the power of Braze, you will develop and execute multi-channel communications, ensuring personalized and impactful interactions with our customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills supporting omni-channel campaigns and deepening your knowledge of customer segmentation and behaviour, focusing on increasing customer engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns. You will be involved in the end-to-end process, from briefing creative teams to final execution and deployment of campaigns.
- Provide clear briefs to copywriters, designers, and internal teams, ensuring the production of effective, customer-focused campaigns and communications.
- Support the digital and trade teams, providing insights that aid the optimization of customer journeys across our website and retail marketing.
- Embrace a "Test, Learn & Optimize" mindset, continuously building upon our knowledge and driving performance across all campaigns.
- Support the Retail team in execution of targeted sends, supporting in-store events, activations, openings and closures; deepening the online to offline relationship.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to create weekly and monthly reports, focusing on long term behaviour and purchase trends, as well as A/B testing results.
