About the Role

The Comms Executive supports the delivery of creative and messaging across Paid Media channels, helping to ensure assets are insight‑led, platform‑appropriate and optimised for performance. As Paid Media continues to evolve, creative and messaging play an increasingly important role in campaign success.

In this role you will contribute to creative briefing, messaging structure and testing activity within Paid Media, working closely with internal teams and platform partners. You will assist in the coordination of creative testing programmes, help maintain the Paid Media creative calendar, and contribute to feedback loops that support improvements in performance metrics such as CTR, CVR and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy & Messaging Support
    • Support the development and execution of Paid Media creative and messaging across relevant platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Display).
    • Assist in translating brand and business priorities into clear paid media messages.
    • Help ensure creative adheres to platform best practices (e.g. hooks, clarity, format and variation).
    • Collaborate with Copy and Design teams to adapt broader brand messaging into Paid Media‑ready assets.
  • Creative Briefing & Asset Delivery
    • Support the creation of clear and structured Paid Media creative briefs.
    • Contribute to briefing content including messaging hooks, formats, product focus and hypotheses.
    • Help coordinate asset delivery to ensure timelines, specifications and formats are met.
    • Assist in maintaining efficient briefing and approval processes to minimise delays or revisions.
  • Creative Calendar Coordination
    • Support the upkeep of the Paid Media creative calendar across campaigns and key trading periods.
    • Help align creative output with Paid Media activity and campaign timelines.
    • Contribute to maintaining a consistent flow of creative assets to support campaign performance.
  • Testing & Performance Support
    • Assist in the implementation of creative testing across Paid Media channels.
    • Support the set‑up and tracking of tests (e.g. variations in creative, messaging and formats).
    • Contribute to documenting results and identifying key learnings.
    • Help feed insights into future campaigns and optimisations.
  • Insights & Feedback
    • Support the analysis of creative performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Contribute to sharing actionable feedback with Copy and Design teams.
    • Assist in compiling insights for reporting and performance reviews.
    • Help document and organise learnings for future reference.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with Paid Media, Copy and Design teams to support campaign delivery.
    • Assist in liaising with platform partners and staying informed on best practices.
    • Share relevant updates and insights with internal stakeholders where appropriate.

Skills & Experience

Essential Experience & Exposure

  • Experience or exposure to Paid Media, Performance Marketing or Creative environments.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to support clear briefing.
  • Basic understanding of Paid Media platforms and key performance drivers.
  • Highly organised, with good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in performance data and insights.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working with Copy, Design or Creative teams.
  • Awareness of creative testing approaches.
  • Understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPC and ROAS.
