Key Responsibilities:

  • Support store management in all aspects of running the store, including opening, closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store.
  • Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating a positive attitude and a strong commitment to product knowledge.
  • Create amazing customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success and supporting local marketing initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
  • Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines to support store KPIs.
  • Organise and host running and lifestyle events that engage the local community.
