Key Responsibilities:
- Support store management in all aspects of running the store, including opening, closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store.
- Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating a positive attitude and a strong commitment to product knowledge.
- Create amazing customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success and supporting local marketing initiatives.
