Key Responsibilities

• Create amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers and educate them on our products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, front and back display, deliveries, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure cash management and adherence to security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive, professional attitude.
• Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
