Key Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and a strong commitment to product knowledge.
- Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store's success by serving as an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
- Take ownership of stock management, execute visual merchandising guidelines, and contribute to and deliver on store KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Demonstrated retail sales success.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
