Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model and motivate the team to embody brand values and maintain an inclusive, positive working atmosphere.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate role‑model behaviours.
- Assist in driving sales, commercialities and maintaining store standards, including compliance with policies.

- Partner with the Store Manager to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines to achieve store KPIs.
- Act as product expert and trainer, educating the team and advising customers.
- Support store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing retail environment.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
