Store Supervisor - 32 Hours - Sweaty Betty in Ashford

Position Overview

Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel and accessories.

We are seeking a reliable, service‑oriented individual to support the store management team and act as the go‑to person in the absence of the Store Manager.

You will be a role model for the team, remain calm and collected under pressure, and be a fountain of knowledge on product and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success by acting as an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform additional duties as required or assigned by management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.
• Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer‑facing role.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
