At Sweaty Betty, we are a global active‑wear brand empowering women through fitness. We need an Online Marketplaces Coordinator to support the trading, optimisation and growth of our third‑party e‑commerce sites such as John Lewis and Selfridges.
Responsibilities
- Support the Online Marketplaces Manager with day‑to‑day trading and future growth of key marketplaces.
- Work internally and externally to deliver the marketplace critical path.
- Compile accurate daily, weekly and seasonal reports on trading performance, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Own optimisation of Sweaty Betty’s presence across all channels by reviewing and optimising categorisation, product pages and brand shop to increase traffic, ranking and conversion.
- Become a product expert and develop knowledge through regular store visits and product team catch‑ups.
- Proactively develop marketing and brand opportunities, ensuring calendar localisation and event alignment with each partner.
- Implement promotions, sales and seasonal marketing campaigns throughout the year.
- Own product listing setup and data enrichment across all marketplaces.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships across all departments, especially Ecommerce, Marketing and Product teams, and external marketplace teams.
