What you could be doing: Depending on your background, your role could include a mix of the following:
- Building relationships with new and existing commercial partners.
- Identifying new growth opportunities across regions, verticals, and campaign types.
- Driving new business revenue and/or growing existing client accounts.
- Creating proposals, pitch materials, campaign recommendations, and commercial strategies.
- Managing campaigns from initial commercial discussions through to handover or ongoing growth.
- Working cross-functionally with client services, operations, product, and marketing teams.
- Helping improve the way we sell, manage, and scale partnerships globally.
- Contributing ideas, structure, and commercial thinking that raise the level of the wider team.
What we're looking for: We’d love to hear from people who bring some combination of the following:
- Experience in partnerships, account management, client services, media sales, affiliate / performance marketing, or sponsored partnerships.
- Strong commercial instincts and sound judgement.
- The ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and create confidence with clients.
- A track record of driving revenue, growing accounts, or closing valuable partnerships.
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to improve how things are done.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving business where priorities can evolve quickly.
- International / global commercial experience is a plus.
