South West Driving Services Ltd is looking for experienced 3.5t drivers to work out of our Bristol depot BS11 0YB Avonmouth. We also have opportunities in Newport!
As part of a 2-man team, you will be delivering appliances including washing machines, fridge freezers, and TVs, installing appliances, keeping to time slots, and keeping customers informed.
- 2-man delivery team (Driver & Driver or Driver and Porter)
- Vehicles are provided but returned daily
What we're looking for:
- Attention to detail
- Good time keeper
- Excellent customer service
- Reliable (weekends are essential)
You must also provide the right to work (i.e. passport, birth certificate, or .gov code).
We offer for drivers (over 21, no more than 6 points plus 1 year driving experience):
- Monday to Friday rate for drivers: £13.50 per hour
- Weekend including bank holidays rate: £14.00 per hour
What we offer for drivers' mates (over 18):
- Monday to Friday rate for porter mate: £12.71
- Weekend including bank holidays rate: £13.50
Benefits include uniform, work phone, weekly pay, and the opportunity to earn over £700 per week with bonuses based on weekly performance of up to £165 a week extra for offering excellent service.
This is a self-employed position; you are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance.
