The predicted salary is between 32833 - 40000 Β£ per year.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and driven Operations Executive to support the Head of Operations in the day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied role that sits at the heart of the business and will work across operations, people, projects, customer service, sales support, agency coordination and administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, processes are followed and teams have the support they need to perform effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Project Support
    • Support the Head of Operations with the delivery of key business projects.
    • Maintain project trackers, timelines and action plans.
    • Coordinate meetings, actions and follow-ups across departments.
    • Assist with product launches, events and operational initiatives.
    • Support implementation of new systems and business processes.
  • People, HR & Administration
    • Maintain employee records and documentation within BrightHR.
    • Assist with onboarding and induction of new team members.
    • Coordinate training records and compliance documentation.
    • Support Health & Safety administration and record keeping.
    • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Agency & Partner Coordination
    • Schedule meetings with agency partners and consultants.
    • Prepare agendas, notes and action trackers.
    • Support communication between internal teams and agencies.
    • Monitor project deadlines and ensure actions are completed.
  • Sales & Customer Service Support
    • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Customer Service teams.
    • Assist with reporting, customer projects and operational requirements.
    • Support process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
    • Help coordinate internal communication across departments.
  • General Business Support
    • Support diary management and meeting coordination where required.
    • Manage travel bookings and logistics.
    • Process invoices and assist with administrative tasks.
    • Maintain organised filing systems and business documentation.
    • Support the wider leadership team with operational requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an Operations Coordinator, Operations Executive, Office Manager, Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident working with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using Shopify, BrightHR or project management systems would be advantageous.
  • Positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
