We are looking for a creative, trend-aware Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced marketing team.
You will work closely with the Creative Lead to produce high-quality, on-brand designs across digital and print, contributing to campaigns and everyday creative output.
- Design & Create
- Produce high-quality digital and print assets (social, website, email, POS, packaging, etc.).
- Maintain and evolve SWAY’s visual identity.
- Create and adapt UGC/EGC-style content.
- Write short, engaging copy when needed.
- Collaborate & Analyse
- Work with the wider team on briefs and campaign concepts.
- Report on creative performance and compare results to previous periods.
- Stay up to date with social media and design trends and formats.
- Video, Motion & Studio
- Edit short-form video content for social.
- Create simple motion assets and gifs (After Effects skills are advantageous).
- Support shoots when required.
- Manage & Deliver
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Maintain strong organisation, file management, and attention to detail.
- What We’re Looking For
- 2 years’ graphic design experience, ideally in beauty or fashion.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design (essential).
- After Effects, Figma, Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar) and Blender skills (advantageous).
- Understanding of social trends and content formats.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and print work.
- Comfortable analysing performance data to improve creative.
- Organised, proactive, trend-aware, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team.
