We are now looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor within our Support Team who share our core values which are set out clearly in the job description. This post will be a wonderfully rewarding experience for the successful candidates as they will be joining a supportive team which is well resourced and part of our wider Meridian Trust family.
The opportunity

- Opportunity to work across all departments and roles of the Academy.
- Contribute to the planning and evaluation of work set for covering lessons.
- Provide valuable feedback on learning activities and contribute towards development planning.
The ideal candidate
- Good educational background with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience of subject background and working within the education sector.
- Knowledge of using different IT software such as Microsoft Office and Email.
- Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and professionally with staff, students, parents and outside agencies.
- Positive and enthusiastic approach with the ability to work within a team as well as on own initiative.
- Knowledge of the need for confidentiality and awareness of child protection issues.
- Flexibility of working hours, committed and reliable with excellent timekeeping.
