Job Description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and sharing your love for fashion-forward timepieces? Swatch, a global leader in the watch industry, is thrilled to announce the opening of our new store in Sheffield. We are seeking vibrant Sales Advisors to join our team.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of Swatch, greeting customers with a warm smile and guiding them through our exciting range of products. If you have a knack for delivering outstanding service, a love for watches, and a desire to be part of an innovative brand, we invite you to embark on this exciting journey with us.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve all customers, providing fast, friendly service
• Develop knowledge of the product range (past and present) to provide detailed information
• Maintain knowledge of all functions of Swatch watches and other Swatch products
• Provide reliable information to customers regarding guaranteed and after-sales service
• Assist with displaying merchandise as directed
• Contribute to achieving monthly store sales targets
• Oversee colleagues on the shop floor and provide on-the-spot feedback to ensure best practices
• Assist in shrinkage control and secure transactions; maintain awareness of security hotspots
• Follow company policies for opening/closing the store
• Accurate reporting of administration and stock control; collate sales figures
• Communicate any operational issues to the Store Manager and keep the store clean and presentable
• Delegate tasks to colleagues to maintain productivity during peak periods
• Adhere to company policies and attend briefing sessions; communicate professionally with customers and Swatch Group teams; be mindful of international customers’ customs and culture
• Attend regular training; confidently deliver product knowledge and train colleagues on upcoming collections; proactively learn new products
• Undertake duties within the remit of the post; be prepared to act up as needed; lead and inspire colleagues; ensure service standards align with Swatch guidelines

Essential

• Committed to delivering the highest level of customer experience, leading by example
• Uses initiative to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager and contribute ideas for improvements

Preferred

• Previous experience in retail and/or fashion accessories
• Experience dealing with international customers
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages
• Previous supervisory experience
