Role Profile
Sales Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with friendly, efficient service.
- Be knowledgeable about our product range, past and present, to assist customers effectively.
- Understand all functions of watches and Swatch products.
- Provide reliable information regarding guarantees and after-sales service.
- Assist in merchandise displays.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
- Supervise and support colleagues on the shop floor, ensuring best practices.
Security Responsibilities
- Help prevent shrinkage through attentive shop floor management and secure transaction handling.
- Be aware of security hot spots and follow store policies for opening and closing.
Reporting and Store Care
- Accurately report sales and stock data.
- Communicate store issues to management.
- Maintain a clean and presentable store environment.
- Delegate tasks to maximize productivity during busy periods.
Communication
- Follow company policies and attend briefings.
- Communicate confidently with customers and team members.
- Be culturally aware of international customers.
Product Knowledge
- Participate in training sessions.
- Confidently share product knowledge and train colleagues.
- Proactively learn about new products and collections.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform duties as assigned by your line manager.
- Assist in leadership roles when required.
- Support the store team in delivering excellent service standards.
