The Role
- As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Support the management team in ensuring team sales targets and KPI's are being achieved.
- Be a Brand Ambassador by providing high standards of customer service at all times.
- Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with operational duties as required.
- Open and/or close the store when required as per procedures.
- Handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy.
- Ensure the store is always presentable, clean and tidy.
- Ensure products are displayed in accordance with Swatch VM Guidelines.
- Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management.
- Keep up to date with new products, promotions and participate in regular training.
- Follow up with customers via email and phone regarding warranty and repairs.
- Be an example to the wider team, supporting management by providing feedback on team performance and assisting with training procedures.
