As Boutique Manager, you will take ownership of the boutique's daily operations, sales performance, team development and client experience.
As a key ambassador for Longines, you will lead by example, embodying the elegance, professionalism and service excellence synonymous with the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Champion a client-first culture and deliver an elevated Longines experience
- Build meaningful client relationships and support long-term customer loyalty
- Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members through regular coaching and feedback
- Analyse sales and operational results to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Lead by example through exceptional service, product knowledge and selling skills
- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring policies, procedures and brand standards are consistently followed
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards
- Oversee inventory management, stock counts, stocktakes and replenishment
- Manage rosters and workforce planning to optimise the client experience
- Support the team with escalated client concerns and operational issues
- Ensure boutique security, safety and compliance standards are maintained
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications on boutique events and client initiatives
