The company is looking for a Part Time Retail Sales Advisor to join the team in Birmingham. The role involves various responsibilities across sales, security, cash handling, store care, communication, product knowledge, and other duties.
- Sales: Greet and serve all customers providing a friendly service and delivering a full and memorable experience. Ensure familiarity with the product range, past and present, to provide customers with detailed information. Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer, whether by email, over the phone, or in person in the store.
- Security: Assist in controlling shrinkage through attentive action on the shop floor, merchandise handling, accident prevention, and careful operation of the till and administration policies and procedures. Maintain awareness of products and security hot spots.
- Cash Handling/Payment Transactions: Handle all transactions in a responsible and secure way, including till functions, cashing up, payments, and general duties.
- Care of the Store: Ensure the store is kept clean and presentable at all times, maintaining good visual merchandising standards.
- Communication: Adhere to company policies and regulations, attend briefing sessions as directed by your line manager, and present yourself in a professional manner to both customers and colleagues.
- Product Knowledge: Attend regular training days and take responsibility for understanding all new products to deliver good product knowledge to customers.
- Other: Undertake all duties and responsibilities which may fall within the remit of the post under the direction of your line manager.

- Essential: Positive and outgoing with the ability to converse naturally with customers. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and committed to understanding customer needs. Adaptable with the ability to build strong working relationships within small teams. Excited to learn about Swatch products and gain a technical understanding of the ranges.
- Preferred: Experience within retail and/or fashion accessories. Accommodating to shifts, longer trading hours, and staying late for events. Experience dealing with international customers and ability to communicate in multiple languages. Commercial focus with a desire to exceed KPIs.
