As Jr. Marketing Operations Managerfor Swarovski in Mexico, you will support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives with key retail partners to elevate brand visibility, drive sell-out, and ensure excellence at the point of sale. You will work in close collaboration with the Sales, VM, PR, and CRM teams to deliver high-impact local activations tailored to each channel, contributing to our premium brand positioning and business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Trade & Channel Marketing Execution
- Support the development and implementation of trade marketing plans for key retail partners (e.g., El Palacio de Hierro, Liverpool).
- Localize global campaigns and toolkits for seamless execution in stores and online across all retail channels.
- Coordinate seasonal launch toolkits, including visual merchandising assets, POP materials, and product storytelling elements.
2. Retail Activations & Events
- Assist in planning and executing in-store activations, promotions, and events to enhance the consumer experience and boost sell-out.
- Collaborate with PR and CRM teams to integrate 360° campaigns at the trade level (e.g., VIP clienteling events, product exclusives).
3. Cross-functional Coordination
- Liaise with local sales teams and retail partners to align on calendars, launch timelines, and priorities.
- Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all trade executions and touchpoints.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade activations using KPIs such as sell-out performance, event ROI, and visibility metrics.
- Track competitor activity at POS and share insights with regional and global teams.
Profile Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation, ideally in luxury, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
