About the job
As a Senior Retail & Trade Marketing Executive, reporting to the Retail & Trade Marketing Manager, you will help bring Swarovski’s LuxIgnite strategy to life across retail stores and partners and plan and execute Marketing initiatives and the CRM strategy to deliver compelling campaigns.
Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Support the planning and execution of the retail and trade marketing strategy in alignment with global guidelines to drive sell-through, visibility and in-store performance.
- Create and execute engaging customer activations that drive ROI and foster strong customer connections.
- Work closely with sales teams and retail partners to align promotions, calendars and execution of priorities across channels.
- Track and analyse the performance and ROI of retail & trade marketing initiatives, providing insights to optimise future investment.
- Monitor competitor activity, shopper behaviour and store-level feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Support the planning and execution of seasonal "Swarovski Days" events (FW and SS) to launch new season collections to trade partners and drive sell-in.
- Oversee the CRM strategy, and support the Manager with Clienteling initiatives, ensuring a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and re-purchase.
- Manage day-to-day marketing relationship with key accounts and provide Sales team with support as and when needed across other growth accounts and new business opportunities.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail & trade marketing principles.
- Bachelor’s degree; ideally in marketing, or business / retail management.
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite is a must.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational & analytical skills.
