We’re looking for a Key Account Manager B2B UK, successfully developing and implementing a sustainable growth strategy with key B2B customers. The jobholder is mainly responsible for finding new customer and business opportunities matching the B2B in order to grow sales long term and achieve set sales and strategic targets in the short term (annual and trimester). This is a part time role (18 hours a week) with a fixed term contract (3-6 months).
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Look for new business opportunities and customers aligned with the B2B strategy to ensure that the pipeline is always full.
- Regularly develop out of the box solutions to help customers achieve strategic business objectives.
- Focus time and resources of all involved colleagues on the highest potential accounts, working for maximum contribution to account objectives and effective account strategies.
- Assess the potential value of new and existing projects and take a systematic approach to convert the potential into sales.
- Foster an ongoing dialogue with the customer, gain access to key decision makers, keep abreast of the customer’s business goals to establish a long-term relationship and to make them advocates of our offering.
- Regularly support the customer through delivery and implementation processes and conduct effective success reviews with the customer.
About You

- Experience in B2B2C sales in luxury and premium goods environments.
- Background in sales operations, sales effectiveness and Key Account Management.
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to persuade and influence.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong lateral leadership skills.
- High ability to deal with ambiguity and complex business situations.
- Structured, organized and hands-on working attitude.
- Fluency in English.
