About The Job
- Full accountability & Responsibility for the Creation and Delivery of the Wholesale strategy.
- Accountability for all wholesale sub channels: Multi Brand, Nationals, Franchise and Corporate Gift.
- Managing sustainable sales performance within the channel ensuring the channel’s sales targets are met.
- Seeking and driving new business through prospect planning across all wholesale channels.
- Optimising wholesale profitability through accountability for wholesale margins, offers & effectively allocating resources and refining processes to drive profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions.
- Using all available data to make commercial decisions based on sound analysis and financial judgment, challenging the KAM’s and key stakeholders to influence and improve wholesale performance.
- Creating the annual commercial framework and ensuring the KAM’s implement and deliver this.
- Creating and implementing operational plans to deliver seasonal brand and product training to their team and partners.
- Collaborating with the key stakeholders (e.g. Client Services team), weekly visiting Key Partners on a weekly basis.
- Providing inspirational leadership, coaching and direction for their own team.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a field operator in a fashion customer and commercial focused wholesale environment.
- Solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, HR, Merchandising on retail store level.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong business development mindset.
- Strong customer service focus and relationship building skills.
- Advanced numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel in the assigned area up to 100% of working time.
