Store Manager

As the Store Manager, you are an ambassador of the Swarovski brand. In this role you will create an excellent work environment that ensures an outstanding customer and employee experience.

As the leader of a premium fashion brand store, you will drive the team to success by motivating and coaching staff to achieve their sales targets, grow customer loyalty and promote the Swarovski products through the development of excellence in customer service.

You will have keen eye for fashion, a genuine interest in the Swarovski brand and a real passion for their products.

It is essential that you have previous retail management experience, have excellent customer service skills as well as a commercial focus as, not only will you be fully responsible for Sales and People Management, you will also play an active role on the shop floor.
