Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, attract and recruit high‑calibre financial advisers. Design and implement a structured onboarding process to ensure seamless integration and strong early‑stage performance.
- Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for advisers. Monitor, review, and coach to performance, providing constructive feedback and development support.
- Leadership & Coaching: Act as a mentor and leader, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Lead by example, modelling best practice and encouraging continuous professional development.
- Business Development & Growth: Define and implement the business development strategy for the adviser team. Support advisers with their own business development activity through guidance, training, and resource provision. Develop and initiate new business opportunities and strategic initiatives. Play an active role in shaping the firm’s strategy and future direction. Represent the business at key events, within professional networks, and across the wider industry. Strong decision making and sound judgement by using relevant information to make balanced decisions whilst taking ownership of the outcomes, reflecting on results to inform future decisions and actions.
