About the Role
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Mortgage Case Manager to join their specialist mortgage team. Working closely with Mortgage Advisers, lenders and customers, you will play a key role in progressing mortgage applications from Decision in Principle (DIP) through to mortgage offer, ensuring each case is managed efficiently, accurately and in line with lender requirements. As a key point of contact throughout the application process, you'll liaise with all parties to resolve queries, obtain outstanding information and keep applications moving smoothly. Joining a collaborative and supportive team, you'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the continued success and growth of the business.
