You will build and nurture long‑term relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs and families, helping them define their financial objectives and develop tailored financial plans that evolve with their changing needs.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Financial Adviser within a financial planning environment, with at least five years' experience in a technical or advisory role.
- Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) as a minimum, with Chartered Financial Planner status or progress towards Chartered desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge across all areas of financial planning, including investments, retirement, tax and estate planning.
- A client‑focused approach with excellent relationship‑building, communication and listening skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial matters in a clear, straightforward and engaging way.
- Sound judgement, professionalism and a strong commitment to ethical advice and regulatory compliance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial information and develop appropriate planning solutions.
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage workloads effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning, client management and cashflow modelling systems.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding client experience.
Role Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships by delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Manage an established portfolio of clients, providing ongoing financial planning reviews and advice in line with the firm's service proposition.
- Understand clients' financial objectives, circumstances and aspirations through comprehensive fact‑fining and regular reviews.
- Deliver holistic financial planning advice across investments, retirement, cashflow, tax and estate planning.
- Develop clear, personalised and compliant financial plans that support clients' long‑term goals.
- Explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable way, enabling clients to make informed decisions.
- Work collaboratively with paraplanners, administrators and colleagues to ensure seamless client service and timely delivery of advice.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all advice meets FCA and internal compliance standards.
- Keep technical knowledge and professional qualifications up to date through ongoing learning and CPD.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service, processes and the overall client proposition.
