As a Junior IFA Administrator you will be part of the administration team supporting experienced Chartered Advisors. This will include administration, coordination and preparation of client work. Ensuring accuracy, task progression and communication throughout is vital, as well as working with discretion, continuous improvement and a calm and professional manner.

- The ability to travel to and work from the Cambridge office on occasion
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar administration role and within a Financial Advice firm
- Strong administration and organisational skills

Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate pre‑and post‑meeting materials
- Provide timely responses to client queries
- Support the onboarding process by gathering information, issuing and tracking Letters of Authority
- Progress clients work by tracking tasks, checking status updates and highlighting areas for attention
- Maintain clear, accurate and complete electronic client files which are audit ready.
- Capture and update Know Your Client information across all systems and platforms.
- Process new business (contributions, transfers and withdrawals)
- Administration and coordination for investment‑related tasks
- Liaise with product providers, platforms and advisers to obtain information or progress actions
- Assemble complete and up to date annual review and catch‑up meeting packs.
- Adhere to GDPR and data‑security requirements.
- Ensure the CRM is accurate and up to date
- Support a smooth and organised client journey with consistent communication and preparation standards.
