About our client and the role:
Swarm Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the region’s leading independent financial planning firms, with a heritage dating back to 1935 and offices across Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire. The business provides genuinely independent, client-focused financial planning and wealth management, supporting individuals, business owners, trustees and employers with bespoke advice.
The firm has built a strong reputation for quality and service, with a team of experienced advisers, Chartered financial planners and dedicated technical and support professionals. Employee ownership is also central to the culture, with the business operating through an Employee Ownership Trust and placing a real emphasis on collective success, professional development and long-term progression.
This is an exciting opportunity open to experienced candidates, or those coming from a Paraplanning or Technical role within wealth management and looking to develop into the Employee Benefits area. The role has been created to give this area of the business a dedicated focus. You will inherit an established portfolio, but the goal and opportunity is to shape the proposition, develop relationships with existing and new corporate clients, and play a key role in growing the firm’s presence in the employee benefits market. Alongside this, there will be the opportunity for expansion into private client work.

- Keep up to date with relevant pension, employee benefits and regulatory developments.
