Swarm Training is working with the EQ Group in their search for a Level 3 Recruitment Consultant apprentice. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in joining a dynamic, supportive, friendly and fun team environment in a rewarding industry. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Sourcing and selecting candidates
- Thoroughly reviewing candidate CVs
- Screen and shortlist candidates by assessing their suitability for the role
- Ensuring compliance processes have been carried out on all applicants, including checking qualification certificates, submitting DBS check applications and submitting Right to Work verification checks
- Admin duties such as data entry, organising electronic candidate files, sending candidate/client emails and data collection
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Get involved with Business Development and helping to grow new business
Working Week: Working hours will be from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours. You will be required to be in the office for four days per week, with the work from home for one day.
Requirements and Qualities:

- GCSE or equivalent Maths and English at Grade 4 or above

Benefits:
- Starting salary £19,500
- After 6 months £19,500 + commission
- After completion of the apprenticeship £28,000 + commission

Training Information: Training will be with Swarm Training, a national provider of apprenticeships throughout the UK. The successful candidate will work towards the Level 3 Recruitment Consultant apprenticeship; this apprenticeship will take between 12 - 18 months to complete with assessments. The apprentice is required to complete a minimum of 6 hours per week during working hours, working towards achieving the qualification. A tutor will conduct training sessions once a month, where the apprentice will be allocated tasks to be completed during working hours.
