SWARCO Smart Charging is a leading UK provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, helping to power the transition to sustainable transport. We are driving the shift to a greener future by delivering reliable and innovative EV charging solutions across the UK.

What you will do:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers, including EV charging station operators, maintenance personnel, and end-users, to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation of EV charging infrastructure.
  • Support the Service & Contracts teams with any tasks that may be required to ensure maximum efficiency across the wider business.
  • Offer remote technical support via phone, email, or remote desktop tools, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps and providing instructions for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system, and contribute to the knowledge base for future reference.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues effectively.
  • Ability to support Local (Scotland) and National teams with installation, maintenance and bespoke client solutions, working as a part of a larger SWARCO team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for on-site support and willingness to work outside regular business hours as needed to support customer needs.
