Join our SWARCO team as a Traffic Signal Installer based in the St Albans / Hertfordshire area.
What you will do:
- Install, refurbish and/or repair a variety of equipment, including traffic signalling and other electrical street equipment such as street lighting, CCTV and barrier systems, to customer specifications.
- Take control of the work site and deliver tasks on time, ensuring smooth handover to the customer.
- Follow QHSSE regulations and procedures at all times.
- Although predominantly based in the St Albans area, occasional work may be required in other Service Centre districts, potentially involving overnight stays.
Qualifications:
- GCSE’s in English, Maths (training will be provided).
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Understanding of traffic signal site installation and basic theory.
- The ability to work on your own as well as part of a team.
- The ability to work at heights.
- An organised and enthusiastic work ethic.
- Full driving licence.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
