Responsibilities
- Install and configure our vehicle and people access solutions.
- Connect, commission and maintain SKIDATA equipment, IT hardware/software, network devices, EV charging and other access control devices.
- Ensure that our access solutions operate as specified while providing reliable maintenance, repairs and class-leading customer service.
- Escalate technical issues to the Technical Services Team and work together to achieve resolution.
- Complete customer hardware and software training remotely via Cornerstone software.
Qualifications
- Proven experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting IT hardware and software and basic electrical knowledge.
- Experience with operation and maintenance of access devices including installation and flashing Firmware (Linux) and software configuration.
- Basic Network technology including TCP/IP protocols and the ability to analyse and solve technical network problems.
- Be able to work in car park, stadia and construction environments and hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel nationally and stay overnight when required.
