What you will do
- Customer Support: Provide technical assistance and support to customers, including EV charging station operators, maintenance personnel, and end‑users, to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation of EV charging infrastructure.
- Service/Contract Tasks: Support the Service & Contracts teams with any tasks that may be required to ensure maximum efficiency across the wider business.
- Remote Assistance: Offer remote technical support via phone, email, or remote desktop tools, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps and providing instructions for resolution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system, and contribute to the knowledge base for future reference.
Profile
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years’ experience in technical support or field service roles, preferably in the automotive, clean energy, or EV charging industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network‑related issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to customers of varying technical backgrounds.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long‑term relationships with customers.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for on‑site support and willingness to work outside regular business hours as needed to support customer needs.
