What you will do:

  • Monitor and manage the financial health and service profitability of the Region including Service Revenue, Margin Delivery/Maintenance.
  • Audit the service engineers, ensure that they have stock control, tools availability and engineer utilisation.
  • Maintain constant contact with our customers to handle all issues, receive feedback on our performance and discuss performance improvement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures while liaising with Technical Support and provide constructive and positive support.
  • Develop your regional team of Field Service Engineers, fostering their skills and career growth.
  • Take accountability for all training plans and records.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Service Delivery/Supervisory position – leading a technical team.
  • A broad knowledge of products and ability to delegate tasks to team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Ability to build and use reports to ensure adherence to share the projected project delivery including project timeline, budget, etc.
  • Works well under pressure and can communicate with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide Technical Support and provide constructive and positive support.
