Location: Melsonby, United Kingdom | Full time

As a Production Assembler in our impressive production facility in the beautiful Melsonby, North Yorkshire, you will be involved in assembling and testing our Traffic Signal Controllers, Variable Message Signs and Associated Equipment.

The successful candidate will be required to ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard inline with company procedures. Within the role there is an expectation of completing cable and connector preparation, termination, wiring loom assembly and fitting out enclosures inline with company drawings and SOPs.

You will be expected to identify and assist in the implementation of opportunities for continuous improvement, production cost reductions and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

The successful applicant should have experience of wiring loom assembly, general assembly, working with detailed drawing packs and quality inspection and control methods.

  • Confidence using basic tools or a willingness to learn how to use them safely and effectively.
