SWARCO is seeking an experienced Factory / Production Manager to lead two Melsonby facilities, overseeing electrical and mechanical products. You will be hands-on on the shop floor, inspire teams, and ensure safe, efficient, on-time production at high quality.
Ideal candidates have electro-mechanical manufacturing background, strong leadership, and expertise in Lean, 5S and root-cause analysis. ERP experience, preferably SAP, is highly valued.
