Challenge Head of Technology – EV Systems & Solutions
Location: Home Based / Hybrid (Regular Depot Attendance Required) Join SWARCO EVOLT Charging We're looking for an experienced Head of Technology – EV Systems & Solutions to lead the strategic development of our software and hardware technology portfolio.
This is a pivotal senior leadership role responsible for defining our technology roadmap, driving innovation, strengthening our cloud and software platforms, and ensuring our technology solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers and the rapidly growing EV charging market.
Reporting to the Business Operations Director, you'll work closely with the Senior Management Team to shape the future of our technology function while leading a talented team of Software Engineers and collaborating across Sales, Product, Operations and Customer Support.
What You'll Be Doing As Head of Technology, you'll provide both strategic and technical leadership across our EV Systems and Solutions portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include: 1.
Leading, developing and mentoring a high-performing team of Software Engineers. 2.
Defining and delivering the technology strategy to support business growth and future innovation. 3.
Leading the migration to the Ampeco back-office platform and ensuring successful implementation. 4.
Developing EVOLT's future hardware and software propositions in partnership with OEM manufacturers and technology providers. 5.
