Field Service Engineer - Epsom, Redhill, Woking

What you will do
- Connect, commission, and maintain SKIDATA equipment, IT hardware/software, network devices, EV charging, and other access control devices.
- Ensure all access solutions operate as specified while providing reliable maintenance, repairs, and class‑leading customer service.
- Escalate technical issues to the Technical Services Team and collaborate to achieve resolution.
- Deliver remote hardware and software training to customers via Cornerstone software.
- What we are looking for
- Proven experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT hardware and software, with basic electrical knowledge.
- Experience with operation and maintenance of access devices, including installation and firmware flashing (Linux) and software configuration.
- Basic knowledge of network technology, TCP/IP protocols, and ability to analyze and solve technical network problems.
- Ability to work in car park, stadium, and construction environments; must hold a valid UK driver’s licence.
- Willingness to travel nationally and stay overnight when required.
