- You are passionate about bikes and good service
- You are fluent in English
- Saturday shifts are no problem for you
- Ideally you have experience in working alone & being able to make decisions
What will you be doing?
- Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members
- You’re the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping them set up a new subscription or providing support with any issues they might have
- You keep the shop clean, tidy and organized
- Drive upselling value by offering additional products desired by our members
- You will perform smaller bike repairs on site at the shop, so our members can happily keep bikin

- A salary of £30.303 per year (based on Full-Time)
- Flexible or fixed working hours/days possible. On weekdays and weekends!
