We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Operations (RevOps) Systems Manager, based in London (hybrid working preferred), to join our growing Revenue Operations team. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will lead the optimisation, administration, and integration of our revenue tech stack—HubSpot, Zendesk, Gong, and other related tools. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and customer success, and is instrumental in driving operational efficiency, visibility, and scale across the entire customer journey.
Responsibilities:- Own the configuration, integration, and ongoing management of HubSpot, Zendesk, Gong, and related RevOps tools.
- Design and implement scalable processes across marketing, sales, and customer success to improve pipeline visibility and operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify workflow improvements and translate business needs into system solutions.
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards and data workflows to ensure visibility into revenue performance and customer engagement.
- Monitor data hygiene, governance, and enrichment efforts across the RevOps stack.
- Lead system-related onboarding, training, and documentation for go-to-market teams.
- Manage vendor relationships, licenses, and renewals for RevOps tools.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on HubSpot automation, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and CRM best practices.
- Design and manage automation workflows that align revenue teams around lifecycle stages, attribution, and handoff processes.
- Help shape the future of our RevOps tools and systems by spotting new ways to improve, innovate, and scale as we grow.
- 4+ years of experience in CRM systems management.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (administration, automation, and integrations).
