Location: London

Type: Full-time

Experience: 10+ years in product, with experience shipping AI-first or agent-powered products.

At Swap, we’re building the first unified Ecommerce OS; a powerful, AI-driven platform that connects every operational workflow for ambitious ecommerce brands around the world. From real-time inventory intelligence to borderless returns, Swap helps brands simplify complexity, boost profitability, and scale globally.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead our newest product line focused on redefining how people discover, experience, and buy through agentic commerce. This role combines platform thinking, shopper experience, and applied AI with the goal of giving merchants and end users a smarter, more intuitive way to engage with commerce. You’ll lead Swap’s agentic product strategy from the ground up, including building out our B2C product (currently in early design) and enabling agent-first tools and experiences that our merchants can use to grow and differentiate. You’ll define the product vision, lead zero-to-one execution, and scale a team around it.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Swap’s AI-first and agentic commerce layer.
  • Launch and scale our direct-to-consumer experience (early-stage today, growing fast).
  • Build APIs, tools, and surfaces merchants can adopt to bring agentic commerce to their own sites.
  • Translate fuzzy ideas into clear, usable product flows that create real value to new and existing customers.
  • Work closely with design and AI/engineering teams to ship novel experiences that feel natural, are high value and not gimmicky.
  • Define KPIs around engagement, conversion, activation, and merchant uptake.
  • Lead cross-functional work with our platform, data, partner and commercial teams.
  • Build and scale a product team to support both the shopper surface and merchant enablement layer.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in product, with experience building AI-native or agent-powered products.
  • Strong track record taking zero-to-one products to launch and scale.
  • Familiarity with applied AI, conversational interfaces, LLMs, or agent orchestration tools.
  • User-centric mindset; you know how to ship delightful product even when the backend is complex.
  • Experience working in B2C or commerce a plus.
  • Ambitious, curious, and excited to build in an emerging category.

Why Join Us?

  • A truly global team. Swap operates across time zones, markets, and currencies.
  • Work with modern tech (AI-powered systems, cross-border APIs, advanced analytics).
  • Autonomy with high impact. Your decisions will shape the backbone of ecommerce infrastructure for years to come.
  • Equity, ownership, and career growth. We're scaling fast, and we want you on the journey.
