We are looking for a Business Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for our non tech functions. This role is crucial in attracting top-tier talent as Swap continues in our hyper growth journey , ensuring a seamless hiring process, and attracting the top industry talent.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in an in house role, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about transforming e-commerce through cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Direct sourcing and networking to attract top commercial talent
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top candidates
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outbound sourcing to build a talent pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding and candidate experience
- Optimise and refine interview processes to ensure efficiency and best candidate experience
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on hiring trends
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience, keeping applicants engaged throughout the process
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and compensation packages
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in commercial, operations, central and GTM recruitment, ideally within SaaS, B2B, or high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of commercial and business roles
- Proficiency LinkedIn Recruiter, and outbound sourcing
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
