About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruiter to drive and elevate our internal hiring processes. As the face of internal talent acquisition, you will lead the development and execution of innovative recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and retain top talent across all departments. This hybrid role is based in London, with two or three in‑office days per week, and is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and related functions.
- Partner closely with GTM leadership to understand hiring needs, business goals, and team dynamics.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse candidate pipelines.
- Manage end‑to‑end candidate experience, from first contact through offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to define job levels, compensation bands, and offer structures.
- Leverage data to report on pipeline health, time‑to‑hire, and quality‑of‑hire metrics.
- Promote employer branding through professional networks, events, and social platforms.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the evolution of our recruiting best practices.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, CS).
- Proven success recruiting for quota‑carrying sales and customer‑facing roles in SaaS or tech.
- Strong understanding of GTM org structures, compensation models, and target profiles.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior hiring managers.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a high‑growth startup or scaling tech environment.
- Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
- Data‑driven approach to decision‑making and pipeline management.
