We're looking for someone to support with transport needs for our residential service based in Ashton-under-Lyne, Manchester.

The role of Driver is an opportunity for a pro-active person to join an evolving Care Company. We are looking for dedicated and empathetic people. The driver will be available to support our staff team and young people to access the community, attend appointments and attend activities.
Responsibilities:- Transport support staff and young people out in the community.
- Maintain good communication and develop effective working relationships with our care team staff.
- Adhere to Swanton Care and Community policies and procedures.
- Take responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of staff travelling in your vehicles.
- Attend supervisions, training and staff meetings, as required.
- Ensure all company paperwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Contact the on-call manager to express any concerns in relation to the role.
- Refer a friend scheme: you will receive £400 each time a successful referral is made.
