About The Role
- We are seeking Support Workers to join our team in Norwich.
- Position: Support Worker
- Location: Norwich
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shifts: Evenings, nights, weekends
Support workers provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live. Support is required 24/7.

The Role
- Support individuals to achieve their goals, respecting their individuality and supporting their choices in line with their support plans.
- Promote health, well-being, and cultural and spiritual beliefs in an inclusive manner.
- Assist Nurses with complex health support.
- Facilitate social, educational, or work activities like visiting family, supported employment, walks, shopping, and recreation.
- Complete relevant records and documentation.

About The Service
Gryphon Place, Norwich, is a small, person-centered nursing home supporting individuals with complex health needs such as tracheostomies, enteral feeding, Huntington\’s, brain injury, and advanced dementia. Supporting a maximum of 7 individuals, our small group allows for personalized care and more time per individual.
