We are recruiting Support Workers/Carers in Norwich to support people to live in and be part of the local community, within a supported living environment. Our services are about helping people to get out in the community and make the most of their time in their own homes. Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Hours: 36 hours per week; Location: Norwich; Shifts: days, evenings, nights, weekends.

Role description: Whilst fully embracing the company ethos, the Team Leader will support the service manager by leading the day-to-day management of a shift. You will work in a pro-active, responsive, effective and person-centred way to ensure the lives of the people you and the team are supporting are enriched. Promote the health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support and ensure they are met in an inclusive way. General housekeeping duties that can include shopping, domestic duties, as well as elements of personal care. Complete a range of records and documents. Lone working and team-working.

About you: Enthusiastic, compassionate and committed to supporting people in a way that respects their dignity. Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or complex care is preferred but all training will be provided.
