We are recruiting Support Workers/Carers in Norwich to support people to live in and be part of the local community, within a supported living environment. Our services are about helping people to get out in the community and make the most of their time in their own homes.

Whilst fully embracing the company ethos, support workers provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live. Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Promote the health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support and ensure they are met in an inclusive way. General housekeeping duties that can include shopping, domestic duties as well as elements of personal care. As part of the role, you will need to be able to complete a range of records and documents. Lone working and team-working.

You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives and be an active member of their community. Providing care at night – supporting service users with their needs throughout the night. Ensuring high quality support is provided for people of all ages to enable service users to achieve their goals and aspirations. Encouraging personal development – helping service users develop valuable life skills.
