About The Role
Pay rate is currently £12.21 until 1st April 2026 when it will increase to £13.10. Earn competitive pay + develop and grow with a company that cares about you! You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives within their community.

You’ll need…
- Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma or above in Health & Social Care
- Good understanding of working with individuals with a learning disability and autism
- Commitment to providing quality care and support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion and a motivational attitude at all times
- A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work
- Competent IT knowledge and computer skills
